In person coaching is available in my private gym. I offer 1-2-1, 2-2-1 or classes of up to 6. I hold classes that are open for the first 6 that book in each week, or if you have a group of friends and would like to book the hour together that can also be arranged. The gym is fully equipped and having the space to ourselves means there is no distractions and we can focus 100% on you and achieving your goals.
I also offer consultations if you feel you just need to be set in the right direction and then would be happy to go on by yourself. These will be mainly to focus on your nutrition but can also include any workout or program questions as well.
If you have struggled to get the results you desire, sometimes for a short period of time, sometimes for years, having a coach there to be on your side, helping you each step of the way can really make the difference. It doesn't mean you would need one forever, but it allows you to get the right knowledge and habits in place so that you will be in control for the rest of your life.
