My client Tas had completed the plan with fantastic results, and a few others did the same. But people wouldnt believe me about the results. So, I took two months off of training and ate a diet that included meals out, fizzy drinks and takeaways so that I would have the bodyfat to lose. I had so much faith in my plan I chose to do it myself, and upload the progress weekly to show how well it works. Below, are my photos, with 6 weeks difference.
